Booking of Hiking Trip with guide
Now that you have decided your next hiking trip adventure, all you need to do is fill out the registration form, make the payment and prepare yourself for a life experience. It is essential to fill out each item accurately in order for us to have all the necessary information to organise your experience. Once we receive the registration form, we will send you the detailed program of the trip. We will then notify you (by March 30th) when the required number of 4 participants will be reached and therefore definitely confirm the trip. If you have any doubts while booking your trip, do not hesitate to contact us.
If it is the first time that you intend to participate in our activities or you have already done so in the past but only once, we invite you to fill out our online Excursion Questionnaire. This tool enables us to define your excursion level and your physical form, so we can tell you if the hiking/tour chosen is suitable for you or not (filling out the Questionnaire is mandatory). The link to the questionnaire will appear on the page where the booking occurred.

A down payment is required (the amount depends on which hike/tour is chosen) per person when trip confirmation is given following the achievement of 4 participants. Our hikes/tours are offered exclusively to AVM Trekking Members but if you are not a member yet, we will send you the registration form to become one (the registration fee is always included in the hike/tour chosen fee).
Payment method details are indicated below. Once we receive your down payment, we will confirm your trip and send you all the information and documentation regarding the hike/tour chosen by you. The payment balance (when down payment is required) is due by the date indicated in the hike/tour chosen. This will be before the start of the hike/tour chosen and we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, withholding the down payment, if we do not receive the balance before the indicated deadline.
A bank transfer must be done for the down payment as well as balance. Once the trip is confirmed, we will send you the bank details needed to make the transfer.
